How to Use
This tool calculates your Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) - the number of calories you burn per day. • Click the toggle buttons to select Imperial or Metric units and your gender • Enter your age, weight, and height in the input fields • Select your activity level from the dropdown menu based on how often you exercise • Click "Calculate TDEE" to see your results The calculator shows: • BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) - calories burned at rest • TDEE - your total daily calorie needs for maintenance • Goal-based calorie targets for weight loss, maintenance, or weight gain Use Imperial for pounds/inches or Metric for kilograms/centimeters.
