1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Launch Arcade (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Launch Arcade is a subscription-based web app store. Users subscribe to a plan, unlock apps from the catalog, and access them in-browser for 24-hour windows. Creators can submit apps and earn revenue based on usage.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be terminated.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.

5. App Unlocks

Each unlock grants 24 hours of access to an app. The number of concurrent unlocks depends on your subscription tier. Unlocks expire automatically and cannot be transferred.

6. Creator Terms

• Creators earn 60% of net subscription revenue, proportional to their share of total unlocks.
• Payouts are processed monthly via PayPal. You must provide a valid PayPal email.
• You must have the legal right to distribute any app you submit.
• Apps must not contain malware, illegal content, or violate third-party rights.
• We reserve the right to reject or remove any submission at our discretion.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent subscription limits or access controls.
• Scrape, download, or redistribute app content from the platform.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Harass other users or post abusive reviews.
• Interfere with the operation of the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The Launch Arcade platform, branding, and original content are owned by Launch Arcade. Apps hosted on the platform remain the intellectual property of their respective creators. By submitting an app, you grant Launch Arcade a license to host, display, and distribute it through the platform.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular app will remain available. Third-party apps are provided by their creators and we are not responsible for their content or functionality.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Launch Arcade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to unlocked apps will cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
