Water Intake Tracker
Track your daily water intake with an intuitive visual interface. Click cups to log each glass and watch your progress fill up toward the daily goal.
About Water Intake Tracker
Click a cup icon, watch the row fill in, and in a few seconds you know exactly how close you are to your daily hydration goal. Water Intake Tracker keeps the interaction deliberately simple: each glass you drink gets logged with a tap, and a visual progress indicator updates in real time so you never have to do mental arithmetic mid-afternoon. There's no account to create, no subscription nag — just an honest record of what you've had and what you still need.
It fits naturally into the broader lifestyle category of small habit-support tools. If you're already tracking workouts alongside your water, Workout Planner is worth a look for pairing that routine with a structured training log.
The app works well on any screen size, though the full cup grid displays more comfortably on a tablet or desktop where you can see every icon without scrolling. No setup is required — open it, set a daily target if prompted, and start clicking.
How to use
• Goal: Track your daily water intake to reach the 2-liter hydration target • Click on the small 250ml cups at the bottom to record each glass of water you drink • The large cup display shows your progress visually - it fills up as you drink more water • The "Remained" section shows how much water you still need to drink to reach your goal • The percentage shows how much of your daily goal you've completed • Each small cup represents one 250ml glass of water (8 cups total = 2 liters) • Cups you've "drunk" will appear filled/highlighted to track your progress • Your progress resets each day to help you maintain consistent hydration habits • Use mouse clicks only - no keyboard controls needed
