About VoxLords
Blocky corridors stretch out ahead of you, and somewhere in the procedurally generated maze, enemies are already moving. VoxLords is a browser-based first-person shooter built with WebGL and Three.js, where every map is freshly generated so no two runs play out the same way. You move, you shoot, you grab power-ups, and you try to push further than you did last time.
The voxel art style keeps things visually clean and the renderer surprisingly smooth for a game running entirely in the browser — no download, no install. If you enjoy browser games with a quick pick-up-and-play loop, this one fits right in. Fans of fast 3D action in the browser might also want to check out HexGL Racing for a different kind of speed.
Keyboard and mouse controls follow standard FPS conventions — WASD to move, mouse to aim — so you'll feel oriented almost immediately. It plays best on a desktop or laptop where you have a full keyboard within reach.
How to use
Navigate with arrow keys or WASD to move your character through the voxel world. Use the mouse to look around and aim your weapons. Left-click to shoot enemies and destroy voxel blocks. Press number keys 1, 2, or 3 to switch between different weapons: - 1: Basic shots - 2: Tromb weapon - 3: Bombs for area damage Your goal is to rescue Princess Voxilia who has been kidnapped by four evil lords across different maps. Fight through enemies on each level to reach the princess and complete your quest. The game features destructible voxel environments - you can shoot through walls and terrain to create new paths or find hidden areas. Pick up items and power-ups as you explore to help in your mission. Complete all four maps (Underworld, Island of St. Vox, North Pole, and Voxadu Beach) to win the game.
