Otter Together
One current moves both otters. Swipe to send a current across a moonlit pond — Maple and Pebble both drift until something stops them, so every move plays out twice. Park one otter against a mossy rock to steer the other alone, then bring them back together on their side-by-side lily beds so they can hold paws while they sleep. 50 handcrafted ponds across 5 chapters, a shared Daily Pond with streaks and a move-count leaderboard, an endless Open Water mode, and a 3-star par system with unlimited undo.
About Otter Together
Otter Together is a cozy logic puzzle built on one lovely fact: real otters hold paws while they sleep so they don't drift apart. Two river otters — Maple in her coral scarf and Pebble in his periwinkle one — float on a twilight pond, and you don't move them directly. You swipe to send a current across the water, and a current pushes everything floating on it. Both otters drift together until the bank, a mossy rock, or each other brings them to a stop. Your job is to land each otter on their own lily bed — side by side, always — so they can reach across the gap and clasp paws for the night.
One input, two outcomes
Because the otters start in different spots, the same current treats them differently: one might glide three cells while the other is already pinned against a rock and doesn't move at all. That's the whole game. Walls aren't obstacles — they're tools. You deliberately park Maple in the reeds so Pebble can drift home alone, then send one last current to reunite them. Every pond has a machine-proven optimal solution, and the par counter shows exactly how close you are to it. Undo is unlimited, instant, and judgment-free, so experimenting never costs you anything.
50 ponds, 5 chapters
- Willow Shallows — learn how one current makes two different moves.
- Reed Maze and Stone Narrows — walls become tools; park-and-fetch patterns emerge.
- Mist Falls and Moonlit Deep — long choreography where every swipe is deliberate.
Earn up to 3 stars per pond by matching par, and chase the Clean Clasp: a par solve with zero undos. When the campaign's done, Open Water serves endless freshly-generated ponds.
The Daily Pond
Once a day, every player in the arcade gets the very same pond. Solve it in as few moves as you can to climb the daily leaderboard and keep your streak alive. Your stars, best solutions, and streaks follow your account wherever you play.
Made to be touched
Otter Together is built for one thumb: swipe anywhere, tap to undo. The otters bob on the water, fireflies drift past, currents whoosh and stones thunk — and when both otters finally settle onto their beds, they turn to face each other, reach out, and hold paws while a little heart-shaped ripple spreads across the pond. It runs instantly in your browser on phone, tablet, or desktop — no download, no install.

How to use
Swipe anywhere — the current carries BOTH otters in that direction until the bank, a rock, or each other stops them. Get each otter onto their own lily bed (coral ring for Maple, periwinkle for Pebble) at the same time. The trick: press one otter against a rock so the other drifts alone, then bring them back together. Undo is unlimited and free — experiment! Match the par move count for 3 stars; solve at par with zero undos for a Clean Clasp. Arrow keys, Z to undo, and R to restart on desktop.
