About Three in a Row
Two players, one grid, nine squares — someone's going to win and someone's going to lose. Three in a Row is the browser version of the classic game you've been playing on paper since childhood. You enter custom names, then take turns placing X and O, trying to line up three symbols horizontally, vertically, or diagonally before your opponent does. The game detects the winner automatically, so there's no arguing over the result.
It's a quick, no-frills experience built for a specific situation: you and another person share a screen and want something to play right now. No accounts, no setup, no waiting. If you enjoy simple strategy games with a competitive edge, this delivers exactly that. For solo players who'd rather go deeper, Chess offers a full AI opponent with multiple difficulty levels.
Best played on a desktop or tablet where both players can reach the keyboard comfortably — each match takes under two minutes.
