About Star Battle
Your spaceship sits at the bottom of the screen, and the enemies keep coming. Star Battle is a classic vertical shooter built on HTML5 Canvas — you strafe left and right, blast waves of incoming ships, and grab power-ups before they slip past. The pace picks up quickly, so idle moments are rare.
It's a score-chaser at heart. Each run is short enough to fit in a few spare minutes, but beating your own high score has a way of adding up. If you enjoy arcade games that reward quick reflexes over long sessions, this one fits that mold. Flappy Bird goes in a different direction — one button, brutal timing — but covers that same one-more-run feeling.
Keyboard controls work best here: arrow keys or WASD to move, spacebar to fire. A mouse works too, though rapid lateral movement is noticeably smoother when your fingers are already on the keys.
How to use
