Simon
The classic Simon memory game — watch the color sequence, then repeat it. Each round adds one more to the pattern. How far can you go?
About Simon
Four colored buttons flash a sequence at you, and your only job is to repeat it back in order. Get it right and the pattern grows by one. Miss a single press and you start over. That's Simon — deceptively simple, quietly relentless, and genuinely hard to put down once you're chasing your own high score.
It's the same mechanic that made the original 1978 toy a household staple, now playable in your browser. The real challenge kicks in somewhere around round eight or nine, when the sequence is long enough that your short-term memory starts to crack. Classic games like this tend to hit hardest precisely because there's no luck involved — only focus. If you enjoy testing your recall under pressure, Reflex is worth a look too.
Best played with sound on; the tones are half the memory cue.
How to use
• Press any key on your keyboard to start the game • Watch the sequence of colored buttons that light up and play sounds • After the sequence finishes, repeat it by clicking the colored buttons in the exact same order • Each round adds one more button to the sequence, making it progressively longer and harder • Successfully repeat the pattern to advance to the next level • The game ends if you click the wrong button or break the sequence • Your goal is to reach the highest level possible by memorizing increasingly complex patterns • Use your mouse to click the four colored buttons: green, red, yellow, and blue • Pay attention to both the visual flashes and audio cues to help remember the sequence • The level number shows your current progress in the top of the screen
