Opposite Reaction
A clever puzzle game where every action has an equal and opposite reaction. Move one piece and its mirror moves too.
About Opposite Reaction
Each puzzle gives you a grid of pieces to arrange, but there's a catch: every move you make is mirrored. Slide a block left and its twin slides right. Push something up and another piece comes down. What looks like a straightforward logic challenge quickly becomes a careful negotiation between two linked halves of the board.
The mirror mechanic stays consistent throughout, but the puzzles find surprising depth in it — early levels teach you the rules gently, while later stages demand that you think several moves ahead on both sides at once. If you enjoy this kind of constraint-based thinking, puzzle games on Launch Arcade have plenty more to keep you busy, and Launch Nonogram offers a similarly satisfying "just one more" rhythm if you want something to pair it with.
Opposite Reaction plays entirely with a mouse or touch — no keyboard needed — making it a comfortable pick for a short break or a longer focused session.
How to use
• Click and drag pieces to slide them around the grid • Goal: Connect all blue dots by positioning pieces to form a complete path • Pieces of the same color are grouped together - when you move one piece, its grouped partners will also move • The symbol on grouped pieces shows their relationship (how they move relative to each other) • Use the arrow buttons to navigate between levels or the refresh button to restart the current level • Your move count is tracked - try to solve each level in as few moves as possible • Some pieces move in opposite directions when grouped, others may move in the same direction • Plan your moves carefully since moving one piece affects its entire group
