Block Drop
Classic block-dropping puzzle. Stack and clear lines with 7 unique piece shapes. Features hold piece, ghost preview, SRS rotation, and a global leaderboard.
About Block Drop
You rotate falling blocks and stack them into clean horizontal lines, which vanish the moment they're complete. It's the same loop that's kept players hooked for decades, and Block Drop executes it faithfully: seven classic piece shapes, a hold slot so you can bank an awkward piece for later, and a ghost preview that shows exactly where each block will land before you commit.
The SRS rotation system means wall kicks and last-second spins work the way experienced players expect, so muscle memory from other block puzzlers transfers immediately. A global leaderboard gives you a concrete target — chase your own best or climb the rankings. The full grid takes up a fair amount of vertical space, so a tablet or desktop monitor makes reading the stack easier when things get fast. It's a natural fit in the Games catalog. If you'd rather work with numbers than shapes, 2048 covers similar ground in a quieter, turn-based format.
Keyboard arrow keys handle movement and rotation on desktop, which is worth knowing before you start.
