How to Use
• Click and drag on the canvas to create new particles - the direction and speed of your drag determines their initial velocity • To adjust particle mass: hold down the mouse button and use scroll wheel or up/down arrow keys to increase/decrease mass (larger mass = larger radius) • Watch as particles interact through gravitational forces, creating orbital patterns, collisions, and complex gravitational dances • Keyboard controls: - 't' = toggle particle trails on/off - 'p' = pause/unpause simulation - 'c' = clear all particles - 'r' = reset to initial conditions • Objective: Experiment with creating stable orbital systems, chaotic interactions, or artistic particle patterns by varying initial velocities and masses • Physics note: Particles with larger masses exert stronger gravitational pull on others. Close encounters cause rapid acceleration due to inverse-square gravity law.
