Launch Arcade is a multi-sided marketplace for browser apps. On one side, players subscribe and unlock apps from a curated catalog. On the other side, independent developers (creators) publish apps and earn 60% of subscription revenue, split proportionally by unlock share. The catalog includes games, creative tools, productivity apps, educational experiences, developer utilities, music makers, and more — all playable instantly in any modern browser.

Every app gets one free 60-second demo before requiring an unlock, so users can try before committing a slot.

## Subscription tiers

- **Free** — unlimited free-app unlocks (no slot limit) + a one-time 60-second demo of any app, $0/month
- **Basic** — 5 unlock slots, $4.99/month
- **Pro** — 15 unlock slots, $9.99/month
- **Max** — Unlimited unlock slots, $19.99/month

All tiers share the same catalog. Each unlock gives 24 hours of access to that app; when it expires, the slot frees up so you can unlock something else. Paid tiers set how many paid apps you can keep unlocked at once. Free apps don't count toward any slot limit — anyone can unlock and play as many free apps as they like without a paid tier.
