How to Use
This is a digital mental health tool based on traditional Guatemalan worry dolls. Share your worries with virtual dolls to help ease your mind before sleep. 1. Click on one of the three worry doll images to select which doll you want to talk to 2. Type your worry or concern in the text box that appears 3. Click "Tell Worry" or press Enter to share your worry with the selected doll 4. The doll will store your worry so you don't have to carry it anymore 5. Repeat with different dolls for multiple worries 6. View your worry history in the "History" section 7. Use the navigation menu to access additional features: - "Do Nothing" for meditation - "Gratitude" for gratitude journaling - "Encouragement" for positive messages The goal is to transfer your worries to the dolls so you can sleep more peacefully. Your worries are saved temporarily during your session. Each doll can hold different worries, just like traditional worry dolls placed under your pillow.
